PAYMENT


Transactions can be made securely online through PayPal and Stripe payment processor; accepting all major credit cards.

Your information will never be shared with any third party, and the information collected is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. 

All prices in store are listed in Euros (€). Lost Forest is based in The Republic of Ireland.

If the customers needs to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of making the purchase in order to receive a full refund. Refunds are strictly not accepted after this time-frame. Refunds will subject to a processing and re-listing fee.

Custom made items are nonrefundable, as they have been created to the customers unique specifications and cannot be resold. Custom made items require the advanced payment of a nonrefundable deposit in order to book a slot.

As each piece in the core Lost Forest collection is a one-of-a-kind item of jewellery; returns or refunds are considered only on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt if you experience a problem with your order. I do not offer refunds or exchanges after this period. There are no refunds or exchanges on items due to a change of heart.

Every item is fully quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of your item being defective on arrival in any way, please contact me within 14 days of receipt, and provide clear photos of the defect. Your issues will be reviewed via email on an individual basis.

SHIPPING


*Shipping every Monday and Thursday only.

Items are shipped to most countries worldwide, from the Republic of Ireland with An Post Registered Mail within 4-6 business days of cleared payment. Each shipment is securely packaged in a rigid recyclable cardboard shipping box. The parcel will have a unique tracking number assigned to it, which allows the customer to track its journey online. It is the customers responsibility to track their own parcel, and to keep up-to-date with its journey. Please make sure there will be someone at the address to sign for the package. This tracking number is supplied in your shipping notification email. Shipping rates are detailed below and are set by An Post, and therefore liable to increases throughout the year. The current postal rates are detailed below. Postal rates are subject to change due to price increases enforced by the postal company; An Post. Lost Forest is not responsible for these increases.

Europe & UK: €18.00 (+ €2 with an additional item)
United States & Canada: €25.00 (+ €2 with an additional item)

(European countries I ship to are: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany,Greece,Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Croatia, Sweden and Switzerland)

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland: €4.00 (+ €0.50 with an additional item)- sent via standard mail.
Rest of World: €11.00 (+ €1 with an additional item) - sent via registered mail.

*Unfortunately I cannot ship to a number of other countries at the moment due to the ongoing service complications resulting in issues with long customs holdings and exceptionally long delays with processing.

International orders and orders to the UK may be subject to taxes or customs fees imposed by your home country. The customer is responsible for paying these fees.

 

DELIVERY


Delivery time can vary depending on your location, please allow adequate time. Estimates are provided below:
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland: 1-2 working days
Europe: 3-10 working days
USA and Canada: 5-20 working days.
Australia and New Zealand: 5-20 working days. (The Looking Glass collection is not available to Australia/NZ due to strict laws with shipping botanicals).

Please understand that I am not responsible for any postal delays regarding your order. I do my best to mail orders as quickly as possible; and once out of my hands, any delay in its journey is beyond my control. Holidays, weather conditions, processing disruptions, and customs may affect the estimated arrival times. Refunds on shipping costs are not accepted.

Your parcel will require a signature on delivery, so please provide either a home or work address where someone will be available to sign for the package. The parcel will not fit through a standard letter box. Please double-check that your shipping address and email address are correct.
